Default Leaner, Stronger, Faster

New Log

Increase conditioning, maintain strength, fix technique flaws and of course get leaner.

Starting Weight: 339lbs

I've been car-less since 4 days after Christmas of 2013 so I can't train often and just trying to do whatever I can.

Squat - 305 @ 4 Sets of 5
Bench - 180 @ 4 Sets of 5
Deads - 365 @ 4 Sets of 5
DB Curls - 30 @ 3 Sets of 8
Tri Ext - 10 @ 3 Sets of 8

I find out here I can't do 58% with all 3 lifts for volume, try one more day of it but no way.

Was going to do lat pull downs and planks, but that was the straw that killed me. Way too much weight and volume for me.

Stiff Leg Deadlift - 225 @ 3 Sets of 12
Seated Wide Rows - 11 @ 3 Sets of 12

Just got off being extremely sick, very high fever, dehydration and no food for almost 2 weeks was bad. I was pretty after this.

Incline DB Bench - 55 @ 3 Sets of 8
Rear Delt Lateral Raise - 15 @ 3 Sets of 8
Tri Extensions - 7 @ 3 Sets of 8
DB Curls - 25 @ 3 Sets of 8

Felt good, bench is light, everything felt light. Tender elbows on tri ext. Energy levels down from weight loss.

Deadlift - 355 @ 5 Sets of 5
1 Arm Dumbbell Row - 70x8, 100x8, 100x8

The cave was having some renovations and the gym was packed so I just wanted to gtfo. I wanted to do more but by the time I did DLs and 1 arm rows I was tired of dealing with people so I left. Energy levels down still.

Seated Close Rows - 12 @ 3 Sets of 12
Rear Delt Laterals - 20 @ 3 Sets of 8
Seated OHP - 65x5, 95x5
15 Min Walking

Shoulder was off today, couldn't get a clean press. Other than that felt ok.

Been doing cardio for a while now I just forgot to log it. 15 minutes walking is what I've been doing. Hurts the ankle but oh well.
