The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Training
BtB's P-Poopy-Doo Doo Routine
Week 15, Day 1 (not a real workout, but whatever!)

Squats
135x 1 ...knee bugged me, which was disappointing!

Add New Wraps

225x 1 ...so freaking easy, no noticeable knee pain, which was nice but not unexpected. Maybe I should wear wraps 24/7

365x 1 Huge F'ing PR! ...vid! +30lbs! Was going to do 295 or 315 for this set but my head got very bad quickly and my energy has been so bad since I've been sick. Might possibly be do to the lower test dose now also, but no real idea. All I know is I've been sleeping a bunch more and never feel like I've slept.
So anyhow, I said F it and loaded the bar with every intention of standing up!

Done! Maybe 15 minutes total? Wasn't going to work out because of how I felt, but set my mind at trying for a PR as soon as I got my new wraps. So if 3 Squats count as a workout, lol, great workout!
hitting a Squat over 350 means a ton to me! While it's weak and nothing for a man my size, I've never been good at squats. Add to that my extra obstacles I know I will never be anyone special as far as lifting goes. But I'm very proud of this, now I can retire!
