Default Tobes' 2014 log

Hey fellas. Decided to set new goals for this year, need to cut for Judo so I'll be spending a couple of months doing that to bring my weight down to circa 81 kilos very lean. Will also throw in a few Russian programs, when i decide to bulk again. All Comments welcome.

Sweet man, i did judo a few years but stopped. Plan on starting BJJ in the new year. Always loved martial arts ! Has your increased strength helped with your throws?

Definitely man and especially grip strength and groundwork. What about you? Heavy bench seems to be great for putting people off balance.
