Good 422 felt heavy because it is heavy! It actually means your body is sending correct signals to the brain. What matters is is that you are not afraid to squat it. Well done as always Ravi!!

thanks super Jim ... 192 kg. / 422 lbs is not as heavy as it looked today. But you are right, I should listen to the signals more often. Anyways will be going for 425 on Saturday. Then having a break of around 7-8 days. Will be returning to gym on 11th hopefully.
