No matter how you slice it, 40 reps @315 is even crazier than Korte or Smolov!

It will be crazier if you complete the 40 reps in 2 sets. Besides that 150% of your body weight is the minimum wt. to start off. Actual program is having a single set of 20 reps. To make it more interesting and somewhat brutal I add the 2nd set. You will simply love this.
