On the powerlifts? I don't take 1 rep maxes very often, so if I had to estimate, I would say they are about here:

Squat: 435 or 440
Bench: 300 (I am an awful bencher, separated AC joint. Much better at inclines/overheads)
Deadlift: 475 or 485

Almost same ... 445@Squat (before 2 months) / 484@DL (Last year August in national meet) and 314@Bench (Last meet) ... Hopefully I'm able to add some 30-35 lbs to these numbers. Also I too didn't check my maxes too often. Will be doing it again in next month probably as I'm having a zonal meet coming up June and before that a state meet in April / May.
